Moondance was crafted with love for the wedding of our Director of Hospitality, Melissa, and her partner, Troy. Taking inspiration from her favorite gin fizz cocktail, we aged this violet-tinted saison in barrels that previously held Ransom Spirits’ Old Tom Gin and finished the blend on fresh cucumber, lemon zest and butterfly pea flower.

Funny color, delicioso flavor. Mild fizz, sweet flowery fun. Nice hints of juniper from the gin works so well with the flower and lemon grass with cucumber to take home the refreshing cocktail hints.
