Pours a hazy, dark amber, with good-sized, pillowy, tan head. Aroma has some citrus, some breadiness, some malt. Flavor is bready, malty, with a touch of citrus, some pine/spruce hoppiness. Pretty bitter finish.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color. Nice aroma of burnt straw and stone fruit. Taste is baked bread, burnt toast, nice full body.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear copper orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is mild with grass, light grain and a bit of straw. Flavor has more grass and a bit of pine with a nice grain backbone.
