Monatomic Blueberry showcases the unique Cascade Mountain Wild blueberry. This particular varietal is grown at an elevation of 5,000ft and is best know for it's full-bodied tartness with sweet undertones and thick skins. FL Galberry honey was utilized for it's mild citrus and molasses undertones to target depth and complexity.
Post-fermentation, this project was transferred to one of the most beautiful botanical forward freshly dumped Gin barrels from Koval (Chicago, IL). Small format aging for 2.5 months resulting in a luscious mouthfeel and a finishing touch of spice and citrus zest sweetness.

Finally popping one of my brewlihans at home, soooooo good. I've had my share of brewlihan but it tastes even better in your PJs. Johns basically schramms but better, thick blueberry jamminess and gin floral sweetness. Medium high acidity. Extreme delish
