VORTEX is a Baltic porter with a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
The roasted malts we used bring flavors of coffee and dark chocolate, while the clean fermentation keeps it dry and focused. There’s just enough bitterness to balance the roast, but nothing harsh or lingering.
Cold fermentation and lagering make VORTEX silky and easy-drinking, with the depth of a porter and the drinkability of a lager. It’s roasty, dark, and refreshing — not heavy, not sweet.
