Almost clear golden topped with a just off white head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is damp straw, tangy peach, lemon rind, hedgerow.
Taste comprises herb, damp straw, peach stone, hay bale.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge.
Okay simple sour ... captures the peach fairly well ... subtle and not overly sweet or syrupy as sometimes happens with said fruit.

1/11/2025. Can at the ITFC beer share. Bought direct from the brewery. Aroma is sweet, peachy, peach fizz, touch of vanilla. Quite sweet with moderate tartness. Lively. Okay.
