Summer Breeze is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye from both Mecca Grade in Central Oregon and Camas Country Mill right down the road in Junction City. Fermented with Brettanomyces and dry-hopped with Crosby Estate Comet hops to add notes of tropical fruit and citrus, this beer pairs perfectly with good food, close friends, and a warm summer breeze.

The Brett in this combined with the comet hops really gives it a nice floral juniper-ish nose and front. Super perfect for summer.
