More oak and chicory upfront than I remember from other years but still plenty of coconut on the mid and finish, barrels in your face and all over the flavor.

ABV: 15.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, bourbon, coconut - toasted cococnut, vanilla, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, bourbon, coffee, dark malt, vanilla, alcohol, coconut - toasted coconut, vanilla beans. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240216]

0,375l bottle from Pien webshop. Almost black beer with small and quickly totally vanishing head. Aroma has tons of chocolate, cocoa, caramel and vanilla but also bourbon barrel, oak and spices. Flavor has same elements with wonderful woody barrel twist. Full body, extremely good. Soft and smooth, but also complex. So far the best beer I've tasted ever. Too sweet to get pure 5.
