Meet the bigger brother to our core lager – Helles Bock. This bold, full-bodied special batch brew is a true taste of Germany, crafted with authentic noble hops and cold-conditioned for a full three months over the winter. Expect a rich malt backbone, balanced bitterness, and the crispest finish around.
Stronger, smoother, and packed with character, this Bock is a real king among lagers – and one of our absolute favourites.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 10/11/2025.
Clear golden to light copper with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is straw, toasted grains, fruit esters, herb, stale bread.
Taste comprises fruit loaf, raisins, touch of caramel, toasted grains, cereals.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay bock if a little lifeless.
