"The Hypothesis," is our collab with 3 Sons Brewing Co. It contains Balaton Cherry, Meadowfoam Honey, and Tahitian Vanilla bean mead. We created the Lumberjack Variant specifically for their yearly festival. We aged the base on 10 Year Whistle Pig Rye and robust dark maple syrup.
