Brujos The Staff Silver Moon Edition IBU 35 -- 5.5%

Can shared at tasting. Clear pale golden color, medium sized bubbly white head. Aroma is malts, citrusy. Flavor is lightly malts, hops, bitter hops, light metallic, malty grainy notes coming through. Very solid. 8-7-7-8-7

Gedeeld door Keukenman, geprobeerd met Benzai en Roelzie. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van citrus en hop. De smaak is vol hoppig, crisp, citrus en bitter in de afdronk.

Pours clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: fresh citrusy hops, light corn and pale malts. Taste: mild metallic, citrusy hops and marmalade. Clean pilsner.
