Bottle shared at tasting. Clear pale golden color, virtually no head. Aroma is barnyard, quite sourish in the aroma, however.... the flavor is almost sweet. Incredible... how does one get X in the aroma and Y in the flavor. Incredible balance. Amazing brew. Superb. 8-7-8-8-8,5

Fles gedeeld met Benzai, Keukeman en Roelzie. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een zuur aroma van citrus. De smaak is fris zuur en citrus achtig met een lekker zoetje.
