West Coast IPA ... ...an undying tribute to our brewery cats Gary and Gary. They’re loving, affectionate, and cute as can be, but woe be to the lizards, mice, or birds who dare venture near the brewery.
Brewed with a delicate base of pilsner malt and fermented crisp and dry. A first dry hop of Columbus Cryo and our hand-selected lots of Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo delivers a dose of resinous pine, grapefruit pith, tangerine zest, and a touch of dank, setting the stage for a second dry hop with our lots of Superdelic Cryo and Nelson Sauvin, all topped off with some Nelson Bliss hop kief. The top notes of white grape and gooseberry, along with tropical candy, play splendidly well with the Pacific Northwest base.
