We brewed this Imperial Stout with lactose and a complex layering of dark roasted malts for a full body & robust character, then rested it in freshly dumped W.L. Weller Bourbon barrels for over a year.
Conditioned with Sustainably Sourced & Single Origin El Tiple Coffee from the Huila region of Columbia. El Tiple coffee provides notes of rich chocolate, deep florals and dark fruits.
Buzz was inspired by our favorite drink at Buzzsaw Coffee and Sawhorse Cafe - The Honey Cinnamon Latte. We finished it with additions of Cinnamon and Honey for a touch more sweetness & spice.
