The first beer release from Farsight Brewing! With the artwork and hop combination, we want to capture the period when we first began. The garage represents where we started, like Citra, the foundation. The silhouettes on the roof represent us, like Mosaic, the touch that blends it all together. The stars in the sky we gaze at are like Galaxy, our vision.
In this beer, you can experience notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, peach, and a hint of blueberry, with a yeast profile that complements it perfectly. All of this is blended into a thick, heavenly mix of oats. Enjoy this big, juicy NEIPA!
