Bottle at home watching little NFL. Rich golden colored fairly clear and lacks bubbles, some white head tops it off. Nose is ginger and citrus. Tastes of orange peel, ginger, horse hair, floral. Chewy palate. Lingering citrus. Touch flat

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is yeast esters, green grapes and white sugar. Flavor is more of the funky yeast and a bit of bitter orange peel. I did not get any ginger or anise. Still without those adjuncts I thought this was still a decent saison. Lots of a Dupont yeast ester with some fruitiness.
