Double Barrel Aged Four Roses Marlobobo Blueberry Aquavit Barrel Aged Stevnsberry Lassi Gose
GOLD WAX = Double barrel aged. We got together with the amazing Marius of Marlobobo to dream up this project over a year. Starting with a massive blueberry maple pancake lassi gose in fresh Four Roses Bourbon barrels this beer then got transferred into a Marlobobo blueberry Aquavit mead barrel. Finished in a post barrel blend with 120 liters of Stevsnberry (Cherry) juice courtesy Marlobobo. Please enjoy the fruits of our labour! Henok and Marius

Bottle pour at Balkan Beer Bash. Almost black with purple hue. No head. Intensive blueberries, blackberries, cherries, nice tartness, sweetish touch. Very smooth.
