Strawberry, Boysenberry, and Blueberry mead aged in a second use Tom Cat Gin barrel.
For this project, we used the base mead that we fermented for this year's Collaborator batches. We sourced Strawberry from the Fragarian Embers project, the Blueberry was used in For Vez and Shhhh b2, and the Boysenberry was from And Ever / Amen.
