A fun collaboration we did with our pals at Human Robot. Andrew shared his decoction knowledge as we double decocted a base of Premium German Pilsner and Munich malts, hopped it with admirable amounts of Styrian Fox, fermented it cold with our lager yeast, and aged it sideways in the traditional way for many weeks. We find notes of challah dough, sliced pears, sparkling lemon water, golden honey, fresh crackers, a sassy hop character, and summer grain field.
