We are excited to offer the third installment of our 2023 Farm Series: Summer. For this series, we will be releasing a different mixed culture farmhouse beer throughout the year that is inspired by the changing of the seasons on the farm.
The start of summer in southern New England always coincides with the start of strawberry season. For Summer we decided to celebrate this time of year by conditioning a foeder-fermented farmhouse ale on 150 pounds of locally-grown organic strawberries from our friends over at Brandon Family Farm. The resulting beer pours a beautiful strawberry-red color, and features moderate acidity with an absolutely amazing home-made strawberry jam profile.
