I'm done chasing the comforts of escape. All of the excess at our fingertips. All of the limits met. The edges of the map have curled upon itself. There's a strange clarity here. And it's telling me that I've arrived. An exercise in overabundance with our friends at Monkish Brewing for Burnpile 2025. Mashed with Riverbend's wheat and oats. Whirlpooled with Motueka and Citra, in both pellet and Cryo form. Double dry-hopped with 12 pounds per barrel of Citra, Motueka, Simcoe, Citra Hyperboost, and Motueka Hop Kief.

A faux #MonkishMonday, and much needed. Hair of the dog after getting wasted yesterday. Tough night on the ice. Lost 5-4, goalie made a very nice save on me with about 2mins left.
Incredible juice, and not a hint of the 12%. Brilliant.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a super hazy yellow color, pulpy orange juice color with a creamy, medium sized white head. Aroma was huge citrus, tropical fruit citrus, lemon. Some gritty hop, juicy, citrus. Overall really smooth, alcohol is well hidden. It's okay, but kind of just a bit to much given the abv.
