This beer is started in June by plowing the field and planting the seeds. After harvest, we roast the neck pumpkins with brown sugar and add them to our amber ale base. Our Dirt Farm blend of fall spices are added to the boil to complete the batch. Using over 200 pounds of pumpkins per batch, this labor of love is an authentic "plow to pint" pumpkin ale.

Draft at Dirt Farm. Poured a copper color with a small white head. All the traditional trappings of a pumpkin beer - pumpkin/gourd, some cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavor was sweet malts, with pumpkin.
