Thanks fonefan! Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is mild coffee, some roasted and toasted wooden tones with a bit of sweet dark berries too. Flavour is resin, spruce, some toasted, roasted and mild ashy tones with some blackcurrant bush leafs to it. Somewhat dry palate. Kind of old school CDA, but works really well as for a nice balance in things. Modern meets semi-modern in an old schooly way, where there was also some roast and toast to be found.

Can 44 cl. Pours an opaque black with a solid, fluffy and lacing beige head. Nose has faint, greasy hops atop some dusty roastiness. Medium body, sweet roastiness, English licorice and a massively bitter finish. Quite interesting. 151225

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, hops, citrus fruits, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, hops, citrus fruits, and bread leading to a very bitter finish. 8/5/7/3/15
