A stylish wheat with a tropical personality. Infused with fresh pineapple juice from Fair Trade Costa Rican farms, takes traditional wheat beer and adds some seriously cool character.

Can. Pineapple juice and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant head. Sweet pineapple juice, banana, and wheat malt flavor. Light hay finish. Pretty good for a fruit wheat beer.

Can: Pours slightly hazy, buttery-gold with a tall, off-white head. Wheat, banana, pineapple aroma. Flavour is sweet, wheat malt, banana, a touch of clove, pineapple syrup/juice.... Pretty good, though the pineapple isn’t as pronounced as I had hoped.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a large sweetness with some pineapple. Flavor is wheat malt, maybe a bit of spice and pineapple in the backround. This was ok and different then the usual artificial fruit flavored wheat beer.

Can from the Best Damn Beer Shop. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is fairly much pineapple. Maybe some wheat. Med minus body. Flavor is pineapple and wheat. Almost a bit bready. Firmly carbonated. Flavors aren’t strong for me. Ok.

Can via a trade. split 2 ways in stemware @ 41F. 2 finger head. cloudy pale yellow. Nose is slightly fruity, with a touch of spice. Taste well there’s pineapple, wheat and some banana and clove esters. Not terrible but would’ seek it out again.

Can thanks to Josh! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet pineapple with a hint of citrus and an earthy wheat backbone. Flavor is quite sweet with pine apple and has a bit of sweet grain as well as an earthy touch in the finish.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, canned on July 19, 2014 from blutt59, poured into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy deep golden with two finger fluffy white head which disipates fairly quickly. Aroma is mostly grain, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is pretty rich esters, fruity, and clove. I would imagine this is crushable even in the heat, subtle, but interesting different.

Reviewed from notes. From my AZ trip.
The appearance had a hazy golden yellow color. For a bar pour, there’s a one finger white foamy head that dies within about a minute and some adequate super light clingy lacing that graces the sides of the glass nicely.
The smell had the pineapple up front exactly as the name suggests with a decent amount of wheat opening up the aroma to make a Summery sort of sunshiney refreshing smell.
The taste was sweet through the pineapple and wheat; refreshing sort of sticky pineapple wheat aftertaste, sweet watery yet refreshing sort of finish.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium in body, tries to be sessionable but the carbonation leads to a heavier quality for an American Pale Wheat.
Overall, for the most part I would have this again, nothing wrong with it but there’s nothing over the top either, if anything the pineapple does taste and smell authentic, so San Tan did what they wanted to.
