This India session ale is fermented with our house culture of Brettanamyces and provides all the hop goodness of an IPA, but at a more sessionable ABV level. An abundance of late hop additions using Mosiac and Mandarina Bavaria crest an aromatic sensation of stone fruits and dried nectarines.

Bottle from the Shaw location: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is heftyu brettiness, some citrusy notes. Taste is earthy brett and light hoppy fruitiness.

Tap at Right Proper. Slightly hazy orange-tan body. Glass lacing, respectable white head. Pretty solid Brett IPA, the hops actually stand up to the brett. Fruity twang. Solid. Easy drinking. Lots of flavor.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, white head with solid lacing. Nice peppery aroma with tons of overripe fruit. Taste has tons of earthy oranges, apricot, mango. So easy drinking. Living proof that you don’t beed to raise thr abv of an IPA in order for it to be delicious.

Nicely done, though not like I’ve had a lot of session brett IPAs. Guva and grapefruit peel. Some light pine. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter and tangy finish. Tap at Shaw brewpub.
