On tap at Trofeja, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a very strange herbal, spicy character, with a jumbled mix of spiced, herbs and tart citrus. Flavour is a chaotic mix of spices, herbs, quince juice, and tart citrus. Bizarre stuff. Not pleasant at all.
