On tap at Trofeja, pours a clear cherry cough drop red with a tiny white head. Aroma has soft cherry cough drop and fermented out, muffled honey. Flavour is dry, with washed out cherry, some weird spiciness, and earthiness. Oddly spicy and herbal. What’s going on here? Poor.
