Donkerbruin bier met stevige crèmekleurige schuinkraag die lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitterzoet met een heel licht zuurtje, wat drop en anijs, aangevuld met wat karamel. Uitstekend bier.

Fles gekregen van Keukenman, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout. De smaak is vol gebrande mout en zacht fruitig.
