Unclear golden with thin white head. Sour grains, horsey funk, quite classic Belgian but still not lambic off course. Quite nice.

What a pleasant surprise to find this on tap here. Lovely interpretation of the gueuze style, and done well, but still the american way. A bit more vinegary and a bit less funky than the Belgian ones. Peachy fruityness, straw-like funk and nice wood.

3 year Spon. Murky, has a nice lambicy brett note but it’s murky, a bit woody. Not great.
