Tap at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, acid citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a light crisp, slightly dry tart citrus, light apple, light vinous palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty grapefruit and lemon. Taste is tartish and funky yeasty with some grapefruit and citrus. Finish is lemony and tartish. Okay.

Tap@ CBC 2016. Pale golden color, thin white head. Bretta notes, sweet fruits, water melon. Flavor has tartness, funk, water melon, sweet fruits. Good one.

[1/31/16] Bottle sample at RateBeer Best festival in Santa Rosa. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of funk, wine, wood, fruits, some flowers. Flavor has funk, sweat, dry bitterish hops. Great.

on tap at Rate Beer Best. Milky yellow color with lace. Funky, lactic nose with lemon and grains. Soft and yeasty, milky flavors. A bit too flat and yeasty. Not as impressive as their fruit concoctions.
