Bottle. Yellowish color with an off-white head. Brett and spice aroma with light citrus. Yeast and spice flavor with backing hops. Medium bodied. light pine and grapefruit lingers with spice and yeast.

On tap at RateBeer Best 2016. It pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. Almost Pilsner-like. The aroma is spicy and funky. Lots of pepper and barnyard. Light pale malt. The flavor is the same. Heavy funk and spice. A little barnyard and pale malt. Spicy yeast finish. Very dry and light bodied. Good.

Bottle thanks to rich. pours out a pale hazy straw topped with a small white head. nose is spice brett citrus. Taste is more of the nice spice brett citrus very nice.

Bottle - pours yellow white head. nose/taste of lemongrass, lemon. oak, white pepper and saison yeast - medium body.

Bottle with thanks to Adnielsen! Pours quite hazy straw, small white head with decent lacing. Aroma is oaky, lemon, Brett, hints of cheese. Flavor is light tart, citrus, Brett, basements, oak tannins, mineral water. Quite tasty and light.

Bottle @ home, picked up at the brewery in Glenwood. Pours a clear, very light yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma is quite nice. There is a lot of oak, vanilla, a little cheese, light funk, a little corn, vanilla, noodles in nose. A touch tart maybe. Slightly more bitter than some of their offerings. Some pine hops. Twang, light corn, vanilla, lemon, and brett. Fun, easy drinking beer. I prefer East Bank but this is a fine beer.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals herbal notes, some almost lemongrassy notes, and biscuity notes. Flavour is lightly hoppy and very dry, with floral notes, rustic farmhouse qualities and some citrus skin. Dry, hoppy and somewhat funky. Not amazing but very well-constructed. Very good.

Bottle - Funky milky lacy notes. Cloudy light yellow with a frothy head. Light lemon, milky funk and a light finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, lemon zest, oak. Medium mouth, funky, stone fruit, lemon zest, light tartness, very nice.
