A Mosaic and Simcoe super treat. Plenty of over-ripe fruits and good, fresh, hoppy smells. All at a swigging strength. Chinook and Mosaic used in the hot side, buckets of Mosaic and Simcoe post fermentation, with a new ester heavy yeast for bonus flavour.

Wheelbites are the worst, but this beer isn’t! Really nice. Citrus and piney. Nice hop combo!
