Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Hazy yellow golden under a big white head. Lots of tropical juice, sweet, bold and some bitterness.

Fully muddy pineapple juice-like, with no head. A lot of asafoetida, citrus, salicylic acid, pineapple peel slices, vegetable frying oil. Bitterish, spicy flavour, again these pineapple peel slices, but not their sweetness. Feels well-bodied, well-carbonated, chewy. OK, all boxes ticked.
