Sampled at Billies day 1. Opaque black color, no head. Smell and taste malts, soft to medium roasty, nicely bitter, malt bitters, light to medium soy sauce, bourbon. Quite balanced. Solid. 8-8-8-8-8

No head left, black beer. Bourbon², green pine as cypress or taxus. Molasses, vanilla and maple syrup. Super sweet and sticky, Bourbon, buffalo grass, cypress returning. Sticky as glue, full bodied, alcoholburn. Don't search for subtlety.
