Nut House Ale (Almond Nut Brown Ale)

This beer is brewed with chocolate and special roasted malt to give it a roasted nutty flavor. We then carefully crafted the yeast and water to bring out the malty characters.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a soft muddy brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Sliding lace.
The aroma had a sweet to roasty nuttiness up front with a robust edge of caramel and toffee malts. Subtle earthiness in the backbone.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side and had a nicely paced freely flowing nutty crispness in the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV felt fine.
Overall, pretty good nut brown ale leaning towards the English style of the wheelhouse. Would have again.
