Chocolate and Bourbon, that has been barrel aged: a classic pairing. Confined to the barn, waiting for the right time to be released. Much like an aged couple, where one is also banished to the barn, waiting to be released.

Can shared by Steve. Opaque dark brown, light viscosity, tons of sparkle, ephemeral, fizzy head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, toffee. Taste is strong bourbon, earthy malt. Smooth, thick texture, full bodied, pleasant alcohol warmth. Not a lot to it, and not getting chocolate, but fine.
