Christmas on Fire 2025 is a West Coast IPA, brewed to save your palate from the heavy foods and sweet pastries that come with Christmas. The beer is dry and crisp, as a West Coast IPA should be, with an assertive bitterness. This year’s version is hopped with Athanum, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a dank, citrussy and piney hop character. God Jul!

Can from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours cloudy brought golden with medium white foamy head. Aroma is malt, grapefruit, melon, resin, mango, pineapple, lime zest, spruce, and hibiscus. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with notes of malt, grapefruit, spruce, resin, pineapple, mango, melon, lime, and hibiscus. Very nice. Appearance: +1 for the nice label

Helder goudgele body. Een forse, fijne, hagelwitte kraag met prima retentie en wandplak. Geur is hoppig, zowel bitterig als fruitig, en wat mout. Retronasaal is het wat meer harsig en bitter. Smaak is redelijk bitter met een heel licht moutzoetje. Medium body. Eindigt met toenemebde bitterheid. Prima voor de stijl.

Small sample, on tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal. Pale golden colour. Aroma and flavour of citrus and pine needles, fairly dry with a distinct hop bitterness.
