Cascade Dry-Hopped Lambic is a refreshing Lambic, enriched by dry hopping with Cascade hop. This hop variety is known for its elegant aromas of grapefruit and citrus blossom, complemented by floral and lightly spicy notes. The result is a refreshing and fruity Lambic with a pronounced hoppy character and an elegant balance.

Draught No head. Clear orange-copper beer. Citruspeel, citrusextract upon farmyard/horseblanket (if mild). Dry, oranges, C-hops, but very mellow. Further horseblanket/farmyard and other rather fruity flavours. Light, undercarbonated. OK, but I cannot find the Cascade a real gamechanger.
