Brewed here in the Centre of PA, White Out is a very LOUD Hazy DIPA brewed with oats and rye malts. Deafeningly hopped with Simcoe, Citra, & Talus. Packed In with orange citrus character up-front, followed by tropical Passionfruit, and finishing with Victoriously dank resin. And we cranked the volume to 8.5%. Appearance: bright orange hazy color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some lace
Aroma: passion fruit, oranges, good level of pine; clean malt base
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet juicy quality; finishes with the oranges and passion fruit
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, low carb, smooth allong the tongue, nice low bitterness
Overall: a very nicely done offering from New Trail I'd bang again.
