Our second fresh hop brew of 2025 rides in under a harvest moon. Deep Cut Cascade drops super late-pick Cascade fresh hops from Crosby Farms into a lean West Coast frame. Deep Cut Cascade fresh hops hot side. Double dry hopped with Columbus Cryo and our hand-selected lots of Simcoe, Nelson, and Citra Cryo. Grapefruit rind and overripe orange up front; mid-palate turns pine resin and cedar with a diesel/cannabis edge. Underneath, a touch of black tea with a flicker of lime/tropical from Nelson/Citra. Bone-dry finish with a ringing, purposeful bite.

Pours hazy gold with a minimal off-white head. Hoppy aroma. Taste is citrus, grapefruit, pine notes.

Can at Justičná tasting. Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, grassy notes, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Good.

Can at Justičná Tasting. Golden color with white head. Hop centered aroma with citrus, zest, grapefruit. Taste is again hop centered with grapefruit, floral notes, grapefruits, zest, dank.
