Can. Pale yellow Golden color with small white head. Aroma of sour apples, touch of cinnamon. Taste is dry with tart apples, light cinnamon. Crisp, refreshing, very good.

Can shared. Light golden with big white head. Dry green apple, Granny Smith, chalky, a bit of melon and lemon balm. Light sweet and sour. Crisp medium bodied, over medium dry with residual sugar but low tannins. OK.
