York County Stout (2025)

This year's release was aged in 50% Four Roses bourbon, 25% Willett bourbon, and 25% Bardstown bourbon barrels for 10 months and 16 days. I thought last year's version was near perfect, and somehow I think Chris managed to make this year's version even better. I think the folks who tried the sneak peek at last week's members' lounge all agreed. The combination of barrels adds some nice complexity and even more barrel character to this thick, rich stout.
