Spotty tan head on a dark brown coloured body.
Pastry, meaty & malt aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth thinning out to a clean back.
Chocolate, pastry, vanilla, lactose & berry tastes with a Bailey's finish.
A bit thin for the ABV but good stuff.

Keg at Mash Paddle, Enid Street, 19/12/2025.
Lighter shade of black topped with a khaki cap that slips to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate, caramel, dark malts, hint of coffee.
Taste comprises chocolate pastry elements, toasted brown sugars, dark malts, vanilla.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay stuff but not getting anything much in the way of Irish cream and overall lacks a bit of depth for the ABV.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Nose is chocolate cheesecake, profiteroles, vanilla, toffee. Taste is chocolate biscuit, vanilla, toffee, caramel. I'm sure McVities or Fox could make a nice biscuit (cookie) out of this,I'd certainly buy it! Rich, sweet and lighly enamel threatening finish.
