This is a traditional Belgian-style Witbier with peach. We get aromas of fresh peaches giving way to Belgian yeast-derived aromas of banana and clove. A healthy portion of white and torrified wheat malts are utilized to provide a smooth and inviting mouthfeel.

4 oz pour on draft at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont for the Manor Hill tap takeover. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of light wheat, herbs, citrus fruit and peel. Tastes of light wheat, citrus, herbs. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice citrusy witbier.

Draft. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of orange peel, banana. Taste has herbal banana with a bit of citrus. refreshing.
