This is a traditional Belgian-style Witbier with peach. We get aromas of fresh peaches giving way to Belgian yeast-derived aromas of banana and clove. A healthy portion of white and torrified wheat malts are utilized to provide a smooth and inviting mouthfeel.

Draft at Manor Hill Brewery. Poured a semi-opaque orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big peaches, light grain. Flavor was slightly sweet, really tasty tart peaches, coriander, wheat. Really liked this one.

Tap at Manor Hill. Pretty well executed peach beer. Clean, easy medium body. A light peach tone throughout, doubtful that it is real peach, but still a nice flavor. Not syrupy at all, still retains a nice wit backbone. Mandarina Bavaria works perfectly here, complementing and accentuating the citrus tone. Good.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peach, banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light peach pulp and banana, light cloves, light bodied, OK. 7-3-6-2-12

Thanks Nate.
The appearance was a milky pale yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a good pace. Sly roaming lace.
The aroma had some sweet citrusy tones over top of light peach qualities. Inviting sweet grassy character, smooth sweet grains/oats.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side running through the peach and grain sweetness. Citrus was there, somewhat tangy but not too much. Aftertaste was the peach. Finish was crisp and sweet.
The palate was lean, somewhat light bodied but not. I’m thinking the wheat and oats gave it more of that Americanized slightly heavier body. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, really good as a beer that I would love to have again, but somewhat misses the mark for the style (in my opinion). A bit of an oddity - really good Summer slammer for me, but I’m wondering what Belgians would think of this beer.

Some light citrus but not much else here. A little mash malt vibe. Pours golden without much head or lacing. Light tangy finish. Tap at Pizza Paradiso.
