Je naším dobrým zvykem, že ve vánoční NEIPA aplikujeme poznatky a přístupy, které jsme nasáli za uplynulý rok. V letošním roce to znamená použití kvasnic London Fog, velké množství nejen ovesných, ale i pšeničných vloček, a chmelové produkty Citry Dynaboost (na whirpool) a Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief (do studeného chmelení). Kromě toho jsme samozřejmě přidali další hordu chmele, a to Citry Cryo a Nectaronu. Vzniká tak pivo velmi světlé, zakalené, tak akorát jemné i asertivní, plné i pitelné, a hlavně omamně aromatické. Očekávejte tropické ovoce, mučenku, broskve I trochu konopí.

It’s our cherished tradition to brew a Christmas NEIPA that reflects the knowledge and techniques we’ve gathered over the past year. This time, that means using London Fog yeast, a hefty dose of not just oat, but also wheat flakes, plus modern hop products: Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief for dry hopping. On top of that, we added a generous amount of Citra Cryo and Nectaron. The result is a very pale, hazy IPA—soft yet bold, full-bodied yet drinkable, and above all, intensely aromatic. Expect notes of tropical fruit, passionfruit, peach, and a touch of dank.
