Pitcher of Nectar is brewed in honor of Nectar's, the iconic bar in Burlington, VT and unofficial birthplace of Phish, which sadly closed in the fall of 2025. True to its namesake, this beer features Nectaron (and Dolcita) hops, Nectar yeast, honey malt, and is lightly fruited with nectarines and peaches. So let's all raise a glass to Nectar's and remember: whatever you do, take care of your shoes!
