Blast off into another universe with The Rye’t Stuff RyePA. Big passion fruit and citrus nose from Galaxy hops accompany a dry and spicy malt body from using a portion of rye malt in the grist. Dank and piney bitterness from Simcoe envelopes you like a black hole in deep space. If you enjoy bitter IPA’s in the 6.5% ABV range you may just have The Rye’t Stuff.

Draft. Clear deep golden amber color, cream colored head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice aroma of spiced toast, grapefruit. Taste is swet and juicy fruit, bitter and dry finish, nicely balanced. Very tasty.

16 oz pour on draft at Mad Fox, served in a nonic pint glass. Clear golden amber with 1-2 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of rye, citrus, light spice, a little wheat toast. Tastes of grapefruit citrus, rye, light spices, some toasty notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel. Fantastic rye IPA.
