The HiHOHOHO Holiday Ale was brewed to be enjoyed over the holidays. The flavor begins with a complex malt bill of Marris Otter, Crystal, Roasted, and Chocolate malts, followed by whole ginger, cinnamon, coriander, orange peel, nutmeg, and clove. Finishing with noble hops and honey, this beer will keep you HiHO-HO-HO-HOing all holiday season.

Pour is an almost clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma is brown malt and a bit of ginger. Flavor is like a sweet fig Newton. Sweet with some dark fruit and a bit of chocolate on the back end. Lacking in the ginger and spices. Not one of those heavily spiced winter beers. They kind of went more malt heavy and it blocked out all of the spices.

Dark brown with a small white head. Toasty malt with holiday spice, orange peel and a bit of dark fruit. Long finish. Medium body.
