We’ve really got a good thing developing with these Oat Cream IPAs at the moment. A style that we’re really relishing being able to work with as a twist on our traditional Polly’s IPAs, we love how closely these beers replicate the East Coast US haze that inspired us to brew all those years ago in the first place, and showcase how much our brew team have elevated our output in recent months.
Featuring a lashing of lactose along with hand-scraped madagascan vanilla, direct from the pod, Silk Feeling has an ultra soft, fluffy mouthfeel accentuated with a higher than normal amount of oats used in the grist bill. With a three way dance of US titans El Dorado, Talus, and Cashmere doing the heavy lifting on the hop bill, this beer cascades along the palate with soft mango, pear drop, coconut and tropical fruits, before a slightly herbal edge finishes things off and prevents this beer falling into cloyingly sweet territory. Pure alchemy by our brew team once again, and a merit to their abilities.

very hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of lemony, lemon zesty, vanilla, some green tea, litchi, orange peel oily and oatmeal notes; hoppy-bittery taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some horseradish-like spiciness; good one
