Pinky Swear is a Hazy IPA that bursts with flavours of sweet stone fruit and fresh cut citrus. We brewed this beer with a combination of Mosaic, Belma and Elani hops then boosted it with a new innovative hop extract derived from experimental hop ID-158 aka Pink. Pink is a variety from Jackson Farms in Wilder, ID who cultivated one of our very favourite hops - Idaho 7. The unique thing about Pink isn't the abundance of stonefruit and citrus flavours it packs, but the subtle vanilla and apple characteristics. In this beer, they're barely there as stand alone flavours, but they add a rounded complexity that really makes this beer pop.
